POSITION OVERVIEW Work with Magna Magna Mechatronics Mirrors Lighting plants to complete the OEMs business booking target. Maintain good customer relation, and low AR overdue rate.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Explore and identify potential business opportunities with OEMs. Effectively making order intakes and increasing market share at the customer. 2. Collect market information from customers and competitors and based on that information to come up with business strategy for his account. 3. Build up and maintain good relationship with customers. Deal with customer’s daily requirements relates to commercial issue. 4. Receiving RFQs, responsible for quotation and price negotiation. 5. Business Contract Review /LTA Negotiation/ Account Receivable management 6. Organize and manage cross-functional team to achieve sales target and support plant to improve financial status. 7. Participate budget setting process and forecast sales revenue for short / long term business plan 8. Regular report to management for the sales status /achievement 9. Good interpersonal relationship; Enthusiastic to his job; Be able to work under big pressure; Optimistic and Result oriented characteristic will be preferred
QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Bachelor's degree, fluent in oral and written English 2. 1-5 years experiences in automotive industry in sales function, experience to independently manage OEMs customers. 3.Good command of communication, teamwork sprits, goal focus, customer focus and analysis ability 4. Self-motivation, hardworking, honesty / loyalty to company 5. Good command of computer office software (Microsoft offices) 6. Financial knowledge 7. Willing to travel (domestic and international)
