职责：
1. Managing and leading supplier’s new program part development progress in according to relevant team’s internal program development schedule.
2. Lead new supplier evaluation (quality systems, capability, etc) for motorparts business.
3. Support the successful launch of motorparts New Product Introduction (NPI) through a proactive/risk-based approach (PPAP, production trial runs, etc) for sourced product.
4. Support to promote the advanced quality planning common procedure/process (APQP,PPAP…) throughout motorparts business base, to make sure NPI flawless launch can meet target;
5. Support meet target of supplier quality related index data (SCAR/PPM/PPAP on time rate…).
6. Drive respective supply base to develop systemic root-cause analysis and corrective actions for SCARs on products.
7. Support analysis of suspect failure parts for customer complaints and warranty when associated with respective suppliers for business
8. Lead respective strategic supplier development initiatives (training, annual audit…) for motorparts business.
9. Interface with Purchasing to escalate problem suppliers
10. Support to collect data analysis to assist in sourcing decisions for company in respective supply base;
11. Serve as a global contact window for customer complaints when involved internal/external suppliers are located in APAC for motorparts business.
Skills and qualifications required
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical or Engineering
2. Deep understanding of Supplier Quality / Development Management processes. Preferred casting, forging, machine, heat treatment, surface treatment process experience, powertrain related work is plus.
3. Advanced project management skills with proven ability to lead multi-functional projects.
4. Good communication, influencing and interpersonal skills.
5. Strong problem-solving competency and experience on 8D, 5why etc.
6. Flexible, able to cope with the change and comfortable to handle risks and uncertainties.
7. Proactive and customer-oriented
8. Minimum 2 years Supplier Quality / Development Engineering experience at automotive industry. Engineer background is preferred.
9. Must be able to interact with all disciplines within the organization; both internally and with suppliers.
10. Willing to accept task assigned by manager.
11. Open to Travel.
岗位要求：
1、优先：汽车零部件公司质量管理经验，熟悉质量工具，质量审核和国产审核， APQP和PPAP。
2、行业不限，有机械或机电专业背景可。有汽车SQE背景佳，熟悉新供应商资格审核，PPAP过程审核经验者。
3、英语熟练，晚上需定期和北美开会
工作时间：不打卡，8h上下班弹性选择
