As we continue to expand, we are seeking an Product & Growth Specialist to elevate the Eurofins Consumer Product Testing (CPT) brand presence on a global scale.

Reporting to the Product & Growth Marketing Manager CPT China, the Product & Growth Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, drive brand awareness, loyalty and contribute to overall business growth. This role requires a creative and analytical mindset, strong influencing skills, and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams to achieve common objectives.

Key responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

61 Develop and execute B2B growth strategies aligned with business goals.
61 Conduct market research to inform targeted B2B marketing approaches.
61 Identify trends and customer behaviors in the B2B landscape for strategic insights.
61 Collaborate with the product team to align marketing strategies with product launches and updates.

Campaign Execution:

61 Drive brand awareness while working to acquire and retain customers. Experimenting with various digital tactics to move prospects through the marketing funnel and optimizing campaigns based on their performance.
61 Responsible for multi-channel, digital marketing engagement and lead generation campaigns that connect content assets and marketing tactics, including PR, partnerhip marketing, events, email, social media, paid media, SEO, SEM, remarketing, video, progressive profiling, and website/landing page personalization that support business goals for the country/ business.
61 Develop and refine Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and personas to guide targeted messaging.
61 Optimize conversion funnel, user experience, and SEO strategies for maximum ROI.
61 Incorporate a differentiation strategy into the messaging to set the brand apart.
61 Collaborate closely with the product team to understand and highlight key product features and benefits.
61 Create compelling landing pages and marketing collateral, emphasizing the unique value propositions of the product.
61 Implement B2B-specific retention strategies via email marketing, personalized experiences, and marketing automation.
61 Foster experimentation and innovation in campaigns through A/B testing.
61 Execute outbound B2B marketing campaigns for broader reach and visibility, integrating B2B product messaging.

Analytics and Collaboration:

61 Utilize data for analytics-driven decision making.
61 Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, sales, and customer support) both global and local for cohesive B2B messaging and a unified customer experience.
61 Manage and optimize marketing budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources. Monitor and report on spending, making adjustments as needed.
61 Generate regular reports on the performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
61 Communicate key metrics and progress to stakeholders within the organization.
61 Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, particularly those related to product marketing.


Qualifications:

61 Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Science is preferred. Marketing, Business, or a related field background.
61 5 years experience. Proven experience in product and growth marketing, with a track record of successful campaigns that drive both brand and product awareness.
61 Proficiency in analytics tools, marketing automation, B2B digital marketing, SCRM, and advertising platforms, with a focus on leveraging data for both product and growth strategies.
61 Strong analytical and strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills, particularly in the context of product positioning and growth initiatives.
61 Speaks and writes English well. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
61 Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
61 Familiarity with the latest trends in marketing, digital media, and consumer behavior.
61 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
