职位概述
This position is responsible for developing new client, new market in CPS retailer area, take responsibility to achieve individual sales targets and team work with cooperation department.
岗位职责
1. Reach the individual sales target. (50%)
2. Give positive influence to team and support team to reach team target; (15%)
3. Give strategy idea according to new business opportunity/ business trend. (10%)
4. Compliance to the sales management regulation, including punctual activity report, weekly report, monthly outlook, action plan and obey the conflict management rules; (5%)
5. Cooperate with other group/department to provide high quality to clients; (10%)
6. Perform assignment as required by Team leader.( 5%)
7. Monitor competitor activities and new services derived from market trends. (5%)
任职条件
1. Bachelor’ s degree.
2. At least 5 years’ experience in sales area;
3. Strong verbal and written Communication skills in Mandarin Chinese and English;
4. Independent, self-motivation and able to handle multi-task under pressure;
5. Open-minded and a team player.
