Responsibilities – -Manages the relevant Product Backlog ensuring customer needs and other requirements are designed, planned, and implemented as specified. Works with various functions in Elekta to achieve this, examples being but not limited: - Product Management and Product Owners in understanding and formulating User needs and Customer Requirements. - Development Teams, Architects and other Engineering functions in Creating System Requirements and participating in creating lower-level requirements. - UX and other teams in Design of user interfaces aligned with Elekta design guidelines. - Regulatory, Legal and QA teams to take related requirements into account and to provide needed input to these teams. - Verification and Validation teams to drive exploratory testing in clinically relevant environments and scenarios. -Support development of Elekta-native Software as well as integration of selected 3rd party applications necessary to execute clinical workflows. -Engage with clinics and clinical users during the whole design and development process to get early as well as post-market feed-back. Manage and incorporate this feed-back into ongoing development to assure high quality in products deployed. -Support producing technical and user facing documentation, risk management process and medical device documentation activities as integral part of product development.
Relevant Knowledge, skills and competencies – -At least 5 years’ experience in Radiotherapy and of Clinical Workflows -Relevant degree or experience in the field on software engineering or computer science -Experience working with Agile, e.g., Scrum or Kanban, methodologies for product development desirable -Fluent in English with strong communication skills
