Job Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated and innovative Sales and Business Development professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the brand activation, events, or marketing technology sectors. You will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the growth of our experience intelligence services.
Key Responsibilities: 1、Business Development: -Identify and target potential clients in industries that benefit from advanced experience intelligence solutions during their brand activation initiatives such as exhibitions, events, and marketing campaigns etc. -Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve sales targets. -Maintain market insights to identify trends, emerging technologies, and opportunities for new solutions. 2、Sales Execution: -Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and contract negotiation. -Work with tech and strategy team, craft and deliver impactful presentations and proposals tailored to client needs, demonstrating the value of our experiential intelligence solutions. -Negotiate terms and conditions, ensuring mutual benefit and alignment with company goals. 3、Relationship Management: -Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor. -Understand client objectives and challenges, and propose solutions that leverage our services to enhance their brand activations initiatives. -Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. 4、Team Collaboration: -Work closely with the strategy and solution team to develop lead generation strategies, promotional activities, and sales collateral. -Collaborate with the technology teams to coordinate client feedback and influence product development. -Partner with operations team to ensure smooth support post service deployment, to meet client’s KPI. 5、Sales operations support: -Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports and forecasts to senior management. -Analyze sales data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. -Stay informed about industry developments and competitors to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications: 1、Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology or a related field. 2、5+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within brand activation, events, or marketing technology industries. 3、Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. 4、In-depth understanding of experience intelligence, technology solutions, and data analytics in the context of brand activations. 5、Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. 6、Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work independently. 7、Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 8、Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 9、Experiences in any particular sector will be a plus, e.g. consumer, automotive, beauty/healthcare , high-tech etc.
