Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Ensure restaurants content/offers are up to date and consistent with brand strategies. Develop and state offers and marketing contents on the restaurants Special Offer Page(s). Develop and design landing pages for BLN as directed. 2. Supervise all online marketing campaigns. 3. Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly analysis including performance of campaigns and online channels, along with “return of investment” statistics. Maximize and optimize the performance of all online marketing channels based on these results. 4. Write/proof-read copy and creative for all online promotional offers. 5. Research and develop promotions/partnerships to enhance BLN’s online presence and online revenue, and negotiate on behalf of the company for new online marketing initiatives. 6. Make sure online photos, description and information are updated regularly and meets the brand standards 7. Graphic design of needed online contents 8. Locate and add BLN to new partner marketing linking opportunities. 9. Plan and execute tactical marketing plan through strategic third party channels according to each restaurants type brand strategy. 10. Maintain ongoing communication with third party accounts. 11. Attend weekly Revenue meeting. Provide and introduce reports as needed for company’s meetings, etc. 12. Manage the development, execution and tracking of offers for the BLN Membership Program. 13. Design marketing strategies to drive related revenue, as well as offers that will generate repeat business. 14. Own the development and implantation of promotional offers to ensure timeliness to market. 15. Liaise with restaurant operations teams on implantation of offers. Ensure offers are properly tagged and are being tracked. 16. Track, measure and provide analysis on “Return on Investment” to ensure we optimize on all future offers. 17. Own rolling promotional marketing plans and schedules for individual restaurants. 18. Analyze user behavior on Special Offer Pages to help optimize on initiatives going forward. 19. Develop and direct online marketing campaigns with approved third parties. 20. Coordinate billing and budget management of individual restaurants for related online marketing expenses. 21. Monitor all assigned social media platforms daily all the time and focus on guest comments and feedback in order to report and reply. Respond guest positive comments within 12 hours. Report to the management about negative feedback and response according to management instruction.
Job Knowledge / Skill: 1. Knowledge of basic marketing objectives, tactics and strategies required; (preferred experience with online marketing and advertising) 2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Solid understanding of working with dynamic websites and online channels 4. Intellectual and analytical curiosity-initiative to dig into the “why” of various results. 5. Advanced computer skills, good graphic design skills and detailed knowledge of various computer programs
Education: Preferred degree in Marketing, Advertising and/or Communication.
Experience: At least 5 years related working experience, Min 2-3 years experience in similar capacity with chain hotels or restaurants.
Additional Skill required: 1. Excellent written and spoken Mandarin & English are a must. 2. Good interpersonal & communication skills. 3. Ability to work independently and as a team.
