You also have: 5 years of experience in project management including risk management, project reporting, and delivering proven results under complex and pressured circumstances Comprehensive understanding of plant-based operations, financials and supply chain Experience in Procurement with a deep understanding of Indirect sourcing Ability to deliver measurable results in strategic sourcing indirect and/or operational efficiency projects Must have a balance of both strategic and operational capabilities including global sourcing, project management, supplier management, risk management, etc. Ability to project manage indirect vendors performing work on-site Able to communicate in Japanese, English, & Mandarin Experience in Indirect areas, incl. MRO, Facility, Capex, Subcontracts Management, professional service, HR, temp labor and Marketing.
