What you’ll do OPERATIONAL 61 Adapts and manages the R&D competences in line with strategy. 61 Translates the business product roadmap into an innovation / R&D program relevant for own group. 61 Defines long term technology and or competence vision, specifies the gaps to be bridged in order to be ready to execute the Mid-Long term offer road map. 61 Manages the R&D resources with strong focus on execution. 61 Secures that the right R&D resources are assigned to develop new and adapt existing "I2M offers". 61 Monitors progress and closes the loop. FINANCIAL 61 Drives efficiency of own R&D group. 61 Ensures R&D budget compliance. CUSTOMER 61 Drives Total Quality Management for Innovation activities. PEOPLE 61 Ensure R&D people are trained, coached, motivated, developed, inspired, challenged. 61 You build the bench strength with appropriate profiles and manage performance.
Your qualifications 61 8+ years of experience in innovation with proven track record of developing new offers successfully up until launch. 61 3+ years of experience in managing R&D budgets in a business context. 61 3+ years of experience defining, managing and realizing innovation projects in a business context. 61 3+ years of experience in relevant competence area. 61 Proven track record in terms of managing risks and experience in the relevant application areas. 61 3+ years of experience with People management, coaching & leadership.
