Main Responsibilities: - Source, compare and select competitive suppliers to provide cost effective and qualified products for the tools categories, such as hand tools, power tools, gardening tools, heating/cooling, electrical installation, and smart home accessories. - Responsible for supplier management, including supplier evaluation, comparison, control, complain settlement, etc. - Responsible for Project management and Ordering control, including timeline control, price negotiation, coordination with QA for pre-product testing, factory quality assessment, social compliance audit, etc., - Assist Team Lead on project handling, product development, new product sourcing for Germany Category Manager etc. - Supplier training and continuous improvement management for daily affairs to match with the most updated company needs. - Travel around China visiting suppliers to develop partnership. - Other tasks assigned by immediate supervisor.
Requirement: - Bachelor degree or above in relative areas; - 3~5 years independent sourcing working experience in related categories; - Good knowledge of related products, exporting, relative quality standards and product directives of European market especially for Germany market; - Strong at preparing PowerPoint and Excel; - Good communication and negotiation skills, sense of market, and detail orientation. - Well organized and good time management; - Willing to travel within China or overseas as business needed; - Strong sense of responsibility and ownership; - Good team player and willing to work under pressure; - Good command of English.
