Develop and execute GEHC PDx channel strategy & initiatives Managing distributor price, terms and conditions and AR collections Managing tenders to ensure the highest win rate while keeping highest possible hospital purchase price Coordinate and ensure effectiveness and compliance of recruitment, onboarding, and management of channels Apply methodology to drive and monitor channel effectiveness and improvement initiatives Support both global and local leaders to create a culture of highest integrity and compliance within channels Responsible for national commercial coordination works with both internal and external partnership, e.g., SNZ, CLS, etc. Lead regional commercial managers to fulfill the business growth target Communicating with relevant local authorities to provide feedback on government policy and resolve related issues Evaluating and optimizing distributor channel to maximize sales coverage and sales volume while meeting the corporate standards Managing annual distributor review and agreements Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or above At least 10 years’ commercial and channel experience in pharmaceutical business Demonstrated experience and success in the management of alternative sales channels High ethics and integrity Fluent English and local language speaking Strong negotiation skills Proven coordination and influencing skills to set and drive an agenda with third parties Customer focused mindset with proven ability to respond quickly to internal and external customer needs Strong ethics and compliance orientation Preferred Qualifications:
