1. Bachelor's degree with 3-10 years background in polymer, chemistry, materials science.
2. Be an expert in elastomer and rubber testing.
3. Familiar with ISO17025 system
4. Strong safety awareness.
5. Good problem solving and coordination skills.
6. Ability to work and good communicate bilingually in English and Chinese.
