Director of Global Sales or Distributors Marketing Our sales team combines deep product and industry knowledge and is focused on bringing our anti-aging products to global level. We believe our products can deliver benefits TO many industries and their customers. You’ll be the one helping us achieve this vision. As “Global Sales Manager” you’ll generate and manage leads and be the *** point of contact for new clients. You’ll be responsible for the definition of the sales strategy, the organization and the monitoring of the full sales cycle. You will work closely with XXX and XXX to develop new relationships, industries, and means of growth. Day to day, externally, you will connect with existing and potential clients, communicate our products to a broad range of audiences in events and conferences, and break down barriers in the market. Internally, you will guide on its actions, material to be used, pricing strategy, etc. You will apply your strong quantitative skills to analyze priorities, metrics, and demand to develop strategies. You are both the foundation and the catalyst. You will quickly become a key reference for our existing clients and are relentless in pursuing new leads. Your Responsibilities 61 Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market and build relationships with new and potential clients 61 Develop sales strategies and collecting market feedback and intelligence to formulate strategy, tactics and actions for distributors and client’s penetration for sales goal attainment 61 Understand product offerings and client needs to offer the best solutions and highest level of support 61 Partnering with operations, marketing and product specialists to ensure satisfaction of the customer 61 Suggest to the Company customized product solutions to address client needs, concerns, and objectives and increase customer satisfaction 61 Stay up-to-date with new products/services 61 Define pricing strategy and payment plans 61 Build brand recognition top of mind of our targeted business community. 61 Manage and maintain quality of opportunities within our customer database 61 Provide onboarding support and customer service to new and existing clients, large and small 61 Interact with global industrial leaders and implementing partners around the world. 61 Participate in global conferences and events The Requirements 61 Master or Bachelor degree in Sales/Business Development or equivalent experience 61 +10 years’ positive experience in sales in a similar ecosystem (long sales cycles, Cosmetic/ food/pharmaceutical level negotiations, and distributor strategy 61 Regional/global sales management experience appreciated 61 Over the years, you have built a large network across the international development ecosystem 61 You have experience explaining technical products to customers 61 You are excited to work in a high-growth environment and to help develop new processes and tools as needed 61 You are curious and you love to apply your learning to the daily work 61 You are passionate about human wellness and fit 61 You are comfortable with traveling for prospection (30% of your time) 61 You enjoy meeting new people and working in a fast-paced, diverse environments 61 You are highly independent and motivated to get things done 61 Your are fluent in English and French, good practice of any other widely spoken language is a plus.
