Promotion Mechanisms: Understand various promotional mechanisms on different channels, approve and execute product and pricing strategies, promotional mechanisms, ensuring maximum cost-effectiveness under a unified pricing guideline across all channels.
Annual Plan: Collaborate closely with various departments to ensure that the annual plan covers all key areas, such as the marketing calendar, optimization of the distribution network, formulation of 5P standards, planning of key activation activities, etc. Customize special plans according to the characteristics of different p channels to meet specific market demands.
Collaboration with the Marketing Department: Strengthen cooperation with the marketing department, and use consumer and shopper insights to identify new sales opportunities. Jointly develop category X brand implementation plans that can enhance brand penetration and market share.
Coordination with Sales Teams: Maintain communication with sales teams, understand the actual situation of local markets, so that the national category plans can better adapt to local characteristics. Provide necessary training and support to help front-line sales understand and implement the company's strategies.
职位要求: 1. Mmore than 5 years of work experience in the FMCG industry, including more than 2 years of work experience related to TMKT. 2. Possess excellent data mining, analysis, and presentation capabilities. 3. Have excellent communication and cross-departmental collaboration skills. 4. Fluent spoken English
