Main Responsibilities: 1) Order Management - Responsible for article pass creation, maintenance and order creation in system; - Responsible for order follow up from project kick-off meeting to document dispatch after shipping; Work as the primary contact for supplier on operation issues - Monitor order tracking milestone per project plan provided by Sourcing and control order on time shipping; Collect and monitor item status updated by SE/QA/QC/ATW teams; Coordinate with cross functions for any issues related to on time shipping - Analyse the delay reason and the responsible party, and update the tracking list timely and accurately - Manage and improve order on time performance - Alert the potential issue to related teams and supervisor timely, work actively to solve the problem 2) Supplier and Logistics Service Provider Management - Work as the primary contact with suppliers on operation issues - Evaluate supplier performance and improve supplier performance by collecting production status and on-site production monitoring - Monitor supplier to submit shipping document on time, input accurate information in system - Monitor supplier on order confirmation, on time booking (PSI & space booking), information changing, shipment, delay settlement, etc.; - Monitor forwarder/carrier performance and report to the superior; Communicate with forwarder/carrier and Germany logistics team on the shipping issue settlement 3) Documentation and Data Maintenance - Create trading business purchase orders in system; work with supplier on order confirmation - Maintain daily Item & Order tracking report, ensure the data accuracy - Update the tracking milestone, delay reason and delay code in SCM system and daily tracker - Responsible for document filing 4) Other tasks assigned by Supervisor Requirements 任职要求: - College degree or above - Over 3 years' Supplier Chain Management experience in trading, shipping or factory, preferably in sourcing office - Good sense of order follow up and order management - Good coordination skills - Strong in problem solving, detail-orientated, proactive working attitude - Good time management - Good analysis skills - Good communication skill and strong understanding on order process - Ability to work independently and under pressure - Good team player - Good command of written and spoken English - Good at MS Office, Lotus Notes, etc. - Knowledge on ERP system
