Day to Day Responsibilities: "Order-to-cash” process design and execution. Clearly understand customer and Corning's commercial business process. Precise execution of order-to-cash flow with capability to timely address issue and generate creative ideas with business value.
Customer Engagement: The ability to develop deep customer relationship and earn trusts from customers. Understanding their current and emerging needs, and jointly create new collaboration or business opportunities with account manager or application engineer.
Data analysis: Act as account team's information hub. Summarize sources of intelligence (external and internal) to create valuable data sets and visuals that can be utilized for business performance review and strategy formulation.
