We are buying office of an EU retailer. With business expansion, we’re looking for below candidate to join our team in Shanghai.
Merchandiser – hardgoods外贸采购跟单 Responsibilities - Supplier relationship management; - Supplier performance management; - Stock order handling and coordination with both HQ buying/planning dept. and suppliers; - Responsible for the administrative tasks related to Drop orders; - Sample status follow up and weekly update; - Production sample review and comment to suppliers before inspection; - Coordinate with QC, supplier & logistic provider...etc to resolve any quality and shipment issues and ensure smooth shipments; - Assist in Claim settlement negotiations if required; - Buying trip accompany and coordination if required; - Organize and prioritize daily workload in order to focus on company’s long-term interest and in accordance with weekly procedural assignments; - Work with and assist the factories on sample development stage if required; - Attend trade fairs to learn new market trend if required; - Other tasks assigned by the manager;
Requirements - University graduate; - 6+ years merchandising experience in trading company/buying/sourcing office; - Ability to manage multiple priorities, and flexible to constantly change schedule and priorities; - Strong hardgoods product knowledge and experience preferred; - Team worker. Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills; - Proactive, detail-oriented and self-motivated with sense of urgency; - Fluent in English; - Good PC skills
