Client responsibilities · Taking lead delivery responsibility for mid / big scale programs /projects within the Supply Chain & Operations domain with focus on supply chain planning · Assuming formal account responsibilities for the clients and building long-term client relationships and networks in these accounts · Generating new business opportunities in the entire pre-sales cycle and leading the pursuit team in proposal preparation · Understanding Ernst & Young supply chain service offerings and actively identifying opportunities to better serve clients · Building strong internal relationships within Ernst & Young Advisory and with other services across the organization
People responsibilities
· Collaborating with talent team on team developing including recruiting, on-boarding, and training new Supply Chain & Operations professionals into the practice driving an “apprenticeship” model. · Effectively building, managing and motivating teams with diverse skills and background. · Being the key person in fostering an innovative and inclusive work environment · Conducting performance reviews and contributing to performance feedback for all levels of staff
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree,ideally with Supply Chain Management academic background. 2. with a minimum of 6 years' working experience, preferably with 3+ years in a business consulting role with a leading consultancy organization. 3. Demonstrate at least one supply chain planning core domain knowledge/experience, including but not limited to demand sensing, demand planning, supply planning, scheduling, inventory planning & optimization, S&OP, IBP.. 4. Good knowledge of key Supply Chain & Operations Planning platforms (i.e., SAP IBP/APO, JDA, OMP, O9 etc.) 5. Strong presentation skills using Microsoft PowerPoint is required. 6. Strong client service orientation, with an ability to adapt method and practices to meet clients' needs. 7. Proven capabilities in managing middle to big scale business transformation projects and programs. 8. Ability to establish personal credibility quickly and demonstrate expertise. 9. Ability to create a positive learning culture, coach and develop team members. 10. Capable to lead a workstream under pressure with members from different regions, with strong stakeholder management, ensuring milestones are met and any deviations are promptly addressed to drive the successful project rollout. 11. Excellence business English communication and presentation skills are must-have. 12. Spare parts planning experience is a plus. 13. Travel within the Asia Pacific region is required.
