- Follow the project development from brief (feasibility analysis) to the market launch of all the new projects development for Asia (specific China or Asia)
- Ensure compliance of finished cosmetic products developed localy in line with chemical and cosmetic regulations in China and Asian countries : validation of the product information file.
- Monitor the regulatory activity
- Assist the team members with regulatory guidance across product life cycle management activities for successful and timely launch across Asian countries.
- Participate to the regulatory watch for Asia specially for Raw Materials which aim at anticipating and sharing these changes with global and local regulatory teams and anticipate any legislative changes in Asia that may affect the products to reduce the business impact.
- In a context of establishment, propose new ways of working or tools to improve performance

- Mastery of the CSAR requirements is essential,
- In-depth knowledge of other Asian markets regulatory landscape is highly valuable: South Korea, Japan and ASEAN countries,
- Experience in product development in direct interaction with project team and marketing,
- Ability to understand R&D results such as clinical, safety or analytical reports.
- Chinese- English fluency.
Soft skils : flexible, autonomy, pro activity, leadership and capacity to collaborate in an international environment.
Education : relevant degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry or Equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in similar position into a cosmetic company.
