Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate the logistic support on training events and activities, help training materials preparation, training feedback summary, track expense and account receivable status. 2. Manage the learning function in WeChat platform including (articles, training materials, events) 3. Assist the employer branding projects and events 4. Assist on HR reports, such as quarterly HC reporting and training report 5. Support to organize the social responsibility activities 6. Other tasks assigned.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor or Master degree in related major. 2. Result oriented, analytical skills, logic thinking, good team player and quick learner. 3. Willingness to take over responsibility, show initiative, creativity and engagement. 4. Can work under pressure and have good time management skills. 5. Good English language ability; Proficient in computer and MS Office.
