80Coordinate with VISA CARE02network partners02to02provide timely update and sufficient support to02HR mobility team.
80Identify key02issues especially compliance issues that may impact immigration formalities.
80Manage case work effectively within agreed time frames .
80Follow internal policies on risk management,SOP and compliance.
80Assist with various consular matters such as consular visa applications, and legalization/certification/attestation of documents and by various embassies located in China or Chinese02embassies in overseas countries02.
80Update VISA CARE’s case management system and maintenance of client files in accordance with agreed practice protocols.0202
Experience and Qualification:
80Strong service and compliance mindset.
80Fluent in mandarin and English.
