This business aim to provide natural and innovative health ingredients for the food and beverage industry, which is backed by science and geared toward addressing a wide variety of health concerns. General Responsibilities 61 Establish and maintain the strong relationship with customers, ensure the goals of revenue, profitability and forecast accuracy; 61 Drive Food RM business in East of China, manage both directly and internally commercial aspects of assigned customers with accountability to meet sales targets and client needs; 61 Ensure timely and successful delivery of food solutions and services according to customer needs and requirements; 61 Identify, develop and evaluate new business opportunities at existing and new accounts, convert into new sales following business participation strategy in the assigned territory and market; 61 Monitor industry trends, market potentials, top market player movements, competitive intelligence, and feed back to the team; 61 Full implementation of business processes and sales tools on Forecasting, Pricing, Opportunities, Call Reports etc. by monthly basis; 61 Work collaboratively with peers and management to ensure personal and company sales targets and performance measures are achieved and team-based culture fostered. Functional Skills and Knowledge 61 Bachelor’s degree and above, major in Food Science or relevant; Graduated from 211 university is preferred. 61 1-2 years of sales, account or business management, or technical service experience in an international company; 61 Proven experience in managing distribution business and Key Accounts in China; 61 Knowledge of the Dairy &beverage /bakery /confectionary /health food /businesses is preferred. 61 Able to work independently and be a good team player, demonstrates respect for people; 61 Demonstrated ability to analyze data points and excellent presentation skills; 61 Ability to assimilate commercial and technical information fast; 61 Good interpersonal and communication abilities to strongly influence others internally and externally; 61 Demonstrated “can do” attitude, positive approach to problem solving; 61 Competency in oral and written communication in English, good at communication.
