Responsibilities: Take lead of new WMS implementation as operation super suer for major and small accounts Support CL strategic planning and execution. Coordinate with CL operation team and Business Excellence Department to ensure continuous improvement projects are implemented. Implement Standardized Operational Processes to streamline workflow and increase reliability throughout the business Establish, monitor and improve process & productivity benchmark. Assist in improving core financial KPIs and to clearly illustrate through monthly dashboards. Engage and coordinate with the APAC process improvement team02 02Engage and coordinate with Solution / IT to maximise all automation opportunities within operations. Engage and coordinate with IT to develop Big Data analytics & optimization. Support and work on an effective implementation of the Lean Six Sigma Program and the building of a continuous improvement culture and mindset throughout the business 02Assess opportunities and implement process centralization. Assess and be part of the Green Belt projects selection for deployment02 Support any other projects and activities depending on business needs. Other duties as required and assigned 02 Requirements: Bachelor Degree in related discipline 10 years working experience in a Contract Logistics industry, Freight Forwarding and /or Customs Brokerage Knowledge of supply chain management Excellent negotiation & presentation techniques Fluent in English language Strong business acumen Intercultural working experience Fair command of written and spoken English Good in computer knowledge is required to perform data processing, handling of email routine and access intranets. Especially PC technique in MS office: Word & Excel & Access.
