Key Tasks and Responsibilities主要职责: 1. To provide all kinds of technical support and conduct technical training for automatic coffee machines to FASs and customers. 为授权服务商伙伴和客户提供全自动咖啡机各种途径技术支持和技术培训。 2. Supervise the Coffee technical service team to delivery excellent after-market service. 监督授权服务商提供优质的售后技术服务。 3. Assistant product pre-sales testing activities for key customers. 协助重要客户产品售前测试等活动。 4. Create and maintain technical/operation training materials,service bulletins for coffee machines. 撰写和维护全自动咖啡机技术/操作培训材料,服务公告。 5. Regularly monitor and escalate on-field products key problems, work with QA team to monitor, track product quality issues and contribute the innovation of solution. 定期监控和升级市场上全自动咖啡机的重大问题,协同工厂质量等部门贡献创新的解决问题方案。 6. Work with Warranty Claim and Admin team in warranty claim analysis and warranty cost reduction. 协同团队确认和分析保固索赔,提供减少保固改善建议。 Specialized Skills, Knowledge & Abilities 要求: 1. Associate degree or above on mechatronics/mechanical engineering. 机电或机械类大专及以上学历。 2. 5 years+ technical support working experience related to professional foodservice equipment, including 2 years+ working experience in automatic coffee machine industry is required. 5年以上商用厨电技术支持工作经验,其中2年以上全自动咖啡机技术支持背景。 3. Strong analysis skills, be decisive and flexible, trouble shooting. Creative and innovation. 分析推理技能强,果断、灵活,能解决问题。有创意和善于革新。 4. Good communication skill to FASs and customers and training skill and team work. 良好的面向授权服务商和客户的沟通技巧,培训演讲技巧和团队协作精神。 5. Willing to work at flexible hours and business travel. 适应灵活的工作时间并能根据需要安排出差。
