The Main responsibilities of this position includes but not limits to the following

1 Execute R&D process in cooperation with the Senior R&D manager and supplier base

2 Involve in the validation of the R&D ideas of BM, Spormaster Innovation center and suppliers, including the commercial aspects

3 Participate in the operating procedures development for material research

4 Validate the R&D calendar related to material research
验证面辅料研发开发相关的时间表
5 Participate in the development of an adequate SM supplier base for R&D, evaluate each supplier’s R&D capabilities and potential, create a relevant supplier matrix, constantly assess and review potential future development
参与开发一个适用于SM的充足的供应商数据库, 评估每个供应商的研发能力以及潜力, 创建一个相关的供应商矩阵, 不断评估和审查未来的发展潜力
6 Prepare the proposals of potential supplier selection for each R&D theme commercialization

7 Negotiate the perspective of R&D themes with suppliers from the initial stage
就研发主题的远景，从初始阶段开始和供应商开始谈判
8 Participate in the commercialization of SM innovations, analyze innovation materials and their respective relevance, review price management, track the development in Asia and pre-production sampling
参与SM商业化创新, 分析创新面辅料以及各自的相关性, 审核价格管理, 跟踪亚洲的开发以及产前采样
9 Works at site with factories (overseas and local) to realize projects, to source new material technologies and negotiate with suppliers

10 Participate in and support the presentations creation on material technology novelties, including own SM R&D results, for all internal relevant audience in SM

11 Prepare training presentations, regularly train and develop the knowledge of our SM development teams on matters of material science.

12 Provide expert support for our Fabric and Quality teams related to fabric development & commercialization and bulk production, including issue resolution support for fabric testing and bulk inspection problems.

13.Other works assigned by manager.

Qualifications:
资质
1 Language Abilities 语言要求
Strictly - Intermediate English or higher 中级及以上的英语听说读写能力
2 Computer Skills 电脑技能
Experienced PC user - Excel, Word, Power Point, 1C

3 Working Experience 工作经验要求
At least 2 years of similar manager experience

4 Education & Training 教育 & 培训水平
Higher education in Materials, fabric technologist with deep understanding& experience in technical aspects of fabric production and properties of fibers, yarn and dyes (ideally with additional chemical background), additional education in management or marketing is appreciated
原材料相关专业本科, 作为面料专家，在面料生产和纤维，纱，染料（化学背景更佳）的技术方面有深入的理解和经验, 有管理或市场方面的教育背景更佳。
