岗位职责: 1、Observe and analyze the procurement market, adapt purchasing direction or initiatives accordingly; 2、Select, evaluate and qualify new supplier in the region; 3、Optimize the materials and services inventory of the company in terms of both absolute value and proportion, improve the utilization efficiency of funds, and reduce costs; 4、Coordinate the long-term cooperation and maintenance of suppliers; 5、Apply and control purchasing budget and plan according to the purchasing tasks; 6、Negotiate with suppliers to sign long-term purchasing agreements; 7、Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
岗位要求: 1、Education: Bachelor's degree; 2、Work experience:5-10 years of relevant experience; 3、Skills: Negotiation skill, communication ability, team collaboration ability; 4、Other requirements: The priority for candidate with SAP and Excel knowledge.
