Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
61 Support ASPIRE China work stream leader (P2DP, D2S) on GSP solution implementation and represent the PTS’s interests in supply chain process, e.g. Inbound shipment, Inventory management, stock transfer, MQP(quality) process, direct procurement, CMO process, sales deliveries etc.
61 Work with ASPIRE China local deployment team, ASPIRE Core team and 3PL vendors to ensure the system integration and GSP solution implementation deliveries aligned with ASPIRE China timeline.
61 Working as business analyst, fully understand business & GSP regulatory requirement to conduct site testing execution to ensure the solution is fit for its purpose.
61 Be responsible for site implementation deliverables, e.g. user requirements, function design specification, solution architecture, installation verification, testing, training etc, and following Roche CSV standard to deliver documents.
61 Coordination of site execution activities in MP2C / P2DP / D2P working stream which has dependence to 3PL integrations.
Qualifications:
61 Familiarity with China GSP regulations is a must
61 Strong business acumen in supply chain domain
61 Experience in logistic operations align with GSP regulatory requirement is preferred.
61 Experience in GSP Solution implementation in pharmaceutical industry is preferred
61 Experience in ERP/WMS/GSP system integration and interface is preferred
61 Know CSV and good document skills is preferred
61 Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
61 Fluent English speaking and writing
