该岗位前期每周有4天需要在嘉兴办公，1天在上海青浦，后期会根据工作情况调整。1-2年后会完全在上海青浦办公
在嘉兴工作期间，提供食宿。

Duties
Work with project team to drive the supplier PPAP documents, process validation and gate review at each phase of the project
1. Involve the product process to avoid the quality risk to deliver NOK product to customer.
2. Evaluate the change request from both side and validate the effectiveness of the change evaluation before implementation.
3. Monitor the field failure rate of the products which delivered by the supplier.
4. Drive supplier to do the root cause analysis and take action for the field failure.
5. Follow up the effectiveness of the corrective action and preventive action.

Skills and Qualification
1. PCBA manufacturing process experience.
2. Quality tools like 8D, 5W, Fishbone, PFMEA, Control Plan, CPK knowledge etc.
3. Quality system knowledge
4. Good teamwork attitude and skills.
5. Result oriented, ability to execute and deliver result
6. Pro-active, Aggressive , Full of passion, Self –starter with high level
7. Major in Electrical with bachelor degree, basic mechanical knowledge.
8. More than 5 years work experience for PCBA manufacturing quality control
