Job Description:
61 Responsible for establishing and maintaining O365 products especially on Hybrid Exchange service building up, SharePoint, OneDrive for Business, and Teams related initiatives.
61 Working with other engineers and operations staff to test, implement and transition new services, or upgrades to existing core foundational services in the M365 space.
61 Deliver consistent process for incident and problem escalation along with O365 products.
61 Check performance logs and monitor system performance of all O365 services.
61 Support for M365 design
Qualification:
61 Bachelor’s or higher degree in computer science or IT related field.
61 4+ years’ experience in O365
61 Hands on operational experience in Azure and Office 365 platforms. 62 SharePoint experience preferred.
61 Experience with Exchange, OneDrive for Business, Teams, Power BI, Power APP, Office 365
61 Experience with SharePoint Framework, Modern site, O365 integration solutions based on Azure.
61 Experience with SharePoint workflow, Microsoft Flow
61 Able to learn new concepts and apply them quickly.
