Responsibilities and missions 1.Closely monitor and understand NEV industry’s current OEM strategy & technology innovation, from players of both vehicle makers & key tiers within supply chain as well as eco-system. 2.Comprehensively study on mainstream technology & its market demand, for its evolving directions. 3.Define market winning technology & product feature, based on market demand. 4.Propose specific “should-be performance & target cost” for each market winning technology upon product with timing plan, to be adopted by the Alliance. 5.Efficiently communicate with domestic & overseas stakeholders by establishing good relationship. Main indicators – Key deliverables 1.Regular information input & database process. 2.Regular research report on hot topics & summary of Intelligence. 3.Product performance test results analysis. 4.Technology & product analysis as well as proposal. 5.EV trend analysis contributing to company strategy & roadmap. 6.Other specific R&AE or PE project as assigned by supervisor. Key Partnerships 1. External: Gov think-tanks like CATARC, CEC, and Alliance overseas R&D stakeholders. 2. Internal: NEV department R&D stakeholders. Requirement (Knowledge, Competency, Skills and Experience) 1.Bachelor or above degree in automotive, mechanical, electric power engineering, etc.; graduate from 985 / 211 university is preferred. 2.2 years’ experience in NEV industry, or NEV industry research / consultation company. 3.Working experience in global company is preferred. 4.Good understanding of China automotive industry advancing trend. 5.Familiar with NEV, charging, electric power system related background. 6.Excellent communication skills (written, verbal & presentation) with clear logic. 7.Fluent in both oral and written English is a MUST. 8.Good at MS office, especially PowerPoint.
