Job Responsibility: 61 Sell and demonstrate the complete range of TC/SCRIBOS products and solutions to achieve sales targets in line with the KURZ market strategy 61 Build application, process, product and industry knowledge whilst building customer intimacy especially with the key end user accounts on territory 61 Build relationships with key distributor sales, partners and technical teams 61 Manage and lead business activities and key programs within nominated key end user accounts 61 Update CRM systems on a daily basis detailing sales visits, events and activities within all end user accounts 61 Manage, progress and develop an opportunity of sales plan to exceed the sales target 61 Leverage all available resources to maximize sales impact with end user customers 61 Continuous personal development to learn new skills related to the industry 61 Daily Management of the TC/SCRIBOS sales team 61 Business Trips required Skills: 61 English - fluent in speaking and writing 61 Identification with and enjoyment of the task of complex consultancy-based selling 61 Comfortable selling highly customized solutions designed based on customer requirements 61 Willingness to travel intensively and work in a global team of professionals with an international reporting line 61 Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams 61 Proven ability to achieve sales quotas 61 Commercial understanding 61 Organizing ability and strategic thinking 61 Emotional and convincing presentation style 61 Eloquent appearance, able to present in front of top management 61 Experience in selling brand protection solutions 61 IT affinity is a plus Qualifications: 61 University Degree in business economics or science.
