The role of QE is to ensure the execution of the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) process and its completion in due time. The main missions of the role are to: 61 Follow the APQP progress with the status report and take decision in collaboration with the project team 61 Support and involve APD new project design development as team member. 61 Responsible for PPAP documents preparation and submission 61 Coordinate weekly audit and implement quality improvement plan 61 Coordinate the control of internal defect product e.g. handling of internal non-conformity product and corrective actions follow up 61 Lead customer complaint process and reply 8D timely 61 Support process audit from customer side 61 Manage action plans with suppliers in case of deviations and follow up CNR closure 61 Conduct supplier assessments with SQE team in accordance with the commodity&the process & technology responsibilities 61 Training inspector and operator and release quality care point onsite if customer complaint 61 Finish other temporarily tasks arranged by Quality Manager
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have/be: 61 Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical Engineering 61 Minimum above 5 years’ experience in manufacturing industry 61 Familiar with various process as stamping/injection/welding/foaming /heat treatment etc 61 Strong written and oral communications skills in English 61 Familiar with OFFICE software 61 Excellent interpersonal communication 61 International mind set, overseas experience a plus 61 Auto or electronic industry or Engineering working background preferred 61 Fully understand GT&D, IATF 16949/APQP/PPAP/PFMEA/MSA/SPC
