The Supply Chain (Senior) Manager is responsible for RTD overall supply chain management including NPD launch, regular products’ demand and supply. The expectation of this role is that the job holder can closely work with BGs (CBL and SCCL), CPS, MEs and Costa teams to achieve business target. Meanwhile, the job holder needs to complete other work assigned by line manager.

1. Jointly lead the End to end implementation of Demand Planning, supply planning with BGs, BU, CPS, MEs, Joint Ventures for Costa;
2. Monthly update RTD 12 months demand and supply plan
3. Monthly track stock of key materials, ingredients including coffee bean and coffee extract to meet Costa long term demand
4. Weekly track and review bottlers actual sales, rolling forecast and align allocation plan with bottlers when needed;
5. Coordinate CPS and ME’s supply to fulfil OU orders
6. Support new product launch and new OU Roll-out
7. Monthly Join meetings with BU (JS&OP), CPS and MEs (operation meetings) to lead and follow up Costa RTD part
8. Manage and improve bottler’s forecast accuracy
9. Maintain good communication with BGs, CPS and MEs;
10. Participate/Support Costa RTD implementation of Global Initiatives;
11. Optimize RTD supply chain process; work for BCP plans
