- Serve as the go-to expert for all technical product inquiries and training for both internal team members and external customers on lab weighing products. - Work closely with the product management team to understand and communicate the technical features and benefits of the product line. - Gather feedback from customers and channel it back to the product management and engineering teams to help in future product developments. - Support the sales team in technical presentations, demonstrations, and customer discussions. - Provide detailed product insight and support during trade shows, seminars, and other marketing events. - Create and maintain detailed documentation, such as FAQ lists, product specifications, and application guides. - Assist in the creation of marketing materials and tools that highlight the technical and functional aspects of products. - Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, competitive products, and market dynamics.
Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or technical field such as Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or Engineering. - 2-3 years of experience in a technical support or product specialist role, preferably related to laboratory equipment. - Exceptional technical aptitude and the ability to learn complex products quickly. - Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying technical information in an accessible manner. - Experience in customer interaction and technical support within a technical or scientific product environment. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Flexibility to travel (10-20%) - High proficiency in English verbal and written.
