Prioritize market segment requirements, perform gap analysis to current SNZ business, and define sales strategic to best position segment for accelerated growth. Build up and manage SNZ sales team in China. Attract, retain, educate and develop sales talents to execute on sales strategy in the contrast large market. Understand and analyze market dynamics and competition to develop business opportunities, continuously update understanding of the customers' changing business, application and/or operational issues and challenges. Is accountable to achieve the quarterly and yearly Operating Plan. ·Build relationship with decision makers and key influencers (hospital president, pharmacy director etc.) in major hospitals, local medical association and pharmacy association.
·Analyze accounts to develop a business plan and strategy that creates new business opportunities for Sonazoid products & services.
·Lead and leverage team and other functions, sales, marketing, commercial, etc. to provide the necessary clinical and business content to customers as needed.
·Develop & implement Go-to-Market plans with cross functional teams to achieve results through effective project proposals, negotiations, and contracts.
·Ensure knowledge of and compliance with Quality, Regulatory, integrity and company policies.
·Utilizes in-depth knowledge of own and others’ sales territory, product lines, markets, sales processes or customer groups and uses analytical thinking and commercial experience to execute policy/strategy.
·Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrated with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market.
·Uses some judgment and has some ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated, day-to-day problems with projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, or customers.
Qualifications Required:
·Bachelor's Degree, Pharmaceutical or medical majors
·Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing a team
·Healthcare background/working experience
·Strong team spirit & cooperation attitude
·Capability to lead change and innovation
·Experience and demonstrated aptitude both managing and prioritizing multiple projects and initiatives
·Integrity: Accepting and adhering to high ethical, moral, and personal values in decisions, communications, actions, and when dealing with others
