Job responsibilities 岗位职责: 1.Responsible for communicating with overseas branches and familiar with the operation process of nominated shipments. 负责与国外代理沟通,熟悉海外指定货的操作流程。
2.Provide timely and proactive responses to inquiries from overseas branches. 对海外代理的询价予以及时、积极的回复。
3.Provide quotations to overseas customers, collect market information, and maintain and develop the company's overseas customers. 对海外客户报价,收集市场信息,维护、开发公司海外客户 。
4.The company adopts two operation modes: one order to the end and customer service includes operation, and needs to be proficient in the air freight export operation process. 公司采取一单到底和客服+操作的两种操作模式,需熟练掌握空运出口操作流程。
5.Provide tracking services to overseas customers to ensure smooth business operations for each shipment. 对海外客户进行跟踪服务,保证每票业务操作顺利 。
6.Timely update and release of freight rates both internally and externally. 运价对内与对外的及时更新、发布。 7.Track, organize, and summarize daily reports for each port. 各口岸日常报表的跟踪,整理及汇总 。
8Coordinate and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, disputes, and other situations. 客户咨询、投诉、纠纷等情况的协调解决。
9.Promptly handle and solve problems that occur during the operation process. 及时处理解决操作过程中发生的问题。
Qualification: 岗位要求 1.College diploma or above, major in English or international trade is preferred. 大专以上学历,英语或国际贸易专业优先。 2.Experience in Air Freight industry at least 3 years, experience in USA lane is preferred. 3年以上空运行业工作经验,有美国航线工作经验者优先。 3.Good computer skill, familiar with MS-Office Suite (Outlook, Excel and Word). 良好的计算机技能,熟悉微软办公软件(Outlook、Excel和Word)。 4.Good command of English, CET-6 and above. 英语熟练掌握,英语六级及以上。 5.Strong teamwork spirit, self-motivated. 具有较强的团队合作精神,有上进心。 6.Stable, carefulness, responsible, efficient, positive, Can-Do attitude. 稳定、细心、负责、高效、积极、敢做的态度。
