Job Description:
1.Responsible for planning and writing product-related technical documents, such as user manuals, safety information, and/or quick-start guides, including translation tasks.
2. Organize and verify manuals for different regions based on overseas product SKUs, ensuring accuracy through reviews at each stage.
3. Handle translation of product manuals from Chinese to English, as well as translation requirements for 13 or more other languages worldwide.
4. Collaborate with other teams/departments to ensure compliance of overseas certifications and legal information in printed materials.
5. Work with product lifecycle management, marketing, and customer services teams to plan user guides that align with overseas user habits, ensuring users can quickly understand and conveniently use the products.
6. Collect and analyze competitors' products and reference materials from overseas markets to extract their advantages and gather resources for creating user-centric manuals.
7. Prepare the technical parameters collaborating with Test Engineers and input them into ERP system + User Manuals

Qualifications
1. University bachelor’s degree in English/Technical Writing/Mechanical Engineering/Electronics Engineering/Computer Science.
2. Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in technical writing related to one of the following fields: mechanical products, electronic products, ICT hardware and/or software.
3. Very fluent in English (both written and spoken) and good interpersonal skills.
4. Strong MS Word skills. Knowledge in MS Excel a plus.
Experience in graphics design, automation, and writing with AI is an advantage.
5. Ability to author technical content using clear and understandable language.
Self-driven, and passionate about technology and working in dynamic environment, independently and as part of a team.
6. Strong time management skills to deliver on time and with good quality.
Open to change and learning new tools and ways of working.
7. Understand the target customers, extract the core selling points of the product, and clearly describe the product features
8. Avaliable for high frequency of supplier visits
