Support function head to consolidate all EC platform related report.
Regularly provide and analyse all online channels’ (Tmall/ JD/ Tiktok/ other new channels in the future) business growth, UV change and market resource focus, consumer profile difference and purchasing behaviour through system, Tmall strategic center, JD shufang etc.
Online Campaign Review for market: not only 38/618/D11, but CNY/VD/520/CVD/Xmas, with market trend and top players performance, breakdown to KOL and Store, product portfolio details.
Take Efast for next 3Y plan and co-work with E-marketing team to build activation plan for next year.
Gue EC ttl and by channel product mix analysis
Keep close tracking of category trend on all e-commerce platforms and provide insight for future product strategy; including price range allocation, hannel comparison, seasonal limited/ novelty performance;
