Skills and qualifications needed
1、Proven quality assurance experience in similar or exiting industry 3+ years
2、Technical degree or certification preferably in quality assurance
3、Strong communications skills
4、Able to work without supervision and self-responsible
5、Speak fluent English
6、Independent, responsible, discreet and structured way of working
7、Team player with strong communication skills and good English knowledge

Upcoming tasks
1、Support and help to set-up together with the German colleagues the quality department in China.
2、Set up an internal and external database for quality related topics
3、Analyze internal quality issues and customer field quality issues and develop concepts to mitigate such quality issues
4、Planning, coordinating and documentation of internal and external audits.
5、Supervise suppliers in terms of our quality standards and quality assurance. Develop quality concepts.
6、Instruct employees entrusted with inspection tasks and provide support in the event of problems.
7、Analyze and evaluate quality data and develop concepts to improve the quality.
8、Build positive relationships with customers and suppliers
