Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of products/systems/services within a designated market/division, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities. This role is contributing to RA cobot business
You will be mainly accountable for: Guide and empower the corresponding sales department to complete the sales work of collaborative robots together, including: 1. Focus on the sales of collaborative robot, empower existing sales teams. 2. Deeply understand the current status of collaborative robot applications and complete corresponding industry analysis. 3. Establish collaborative robot distributor network system and provide business and direction guidance to distributors. 4. Complete the company's exploration of industry and segmented applications.. 5. Guide the promotion of online and offline activities, including exhibitions, online and offline seminars, etc. 6. Complete the company's application exploration work for industries and segmented applications
Qualifications for the role - Bachelor's degree or above in electrical automation or related fields. - 5+ years work experience in the industrial/collaborative robot industry. - Familiar with automotive components and 3C industry market. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to coordinate and drive resources. - Facing challenges head-on and pursuing excellence - Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
