61 Reporting to store manager and regional omni channel manager. Communicate task expectations, planning, monitoring, appraising and reviewing work contributions
61 Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews
61 Enhance the operational procedure, systems, and principles in the areas of information flow and management, business processes, enhanced management reporting, and look for opportunities to expand systems
61 Analyze and improve organizational process and workflow, employee and space requirements, implement changes
61 Meet or exceed operations with sales budget expectations
61 Responsible for all section managers and supervisors, with review responsibility for all operations employees
61 Work closely with store manager to set and implement policies, procedures, and systems and to follow through with implementation
61 Responsibilities may include training new and existing employees, planning, assigning, and directing work
61 Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
