Job Overview:
This is a broad role requiring strong hands-on technical accounting skills. The role will be an integral source of support for the Regional CFO in ensuring compliance with statutory financial reporting requirements, as well as with monthly and ad hoc management reporting, liaising with external auditors, process improvements, and ensuring compliance with internal controls.

Responsibilities:
61 Local and group management accounting and reporting for Chinese and other APAC subsidiaries.
61 Maintain the General Ledger and prepare monthly and ad-hoc General Journals.
61 Prepare monthly financial report to parent company.
61 Internal controls and compliance, reconciliations.
61 Assist in forecasting, budgeting, transfer pricing processes.
61 Assist in setting up appropriate operational controls based on risk assessments to ensure that both regulatory and group requirements are fully met.
61 Assist in cost calculations for products across APAC market.

Requirements:
61 Excellent English and Chinese communication skills (verbal and written).
61 Ideally post graduate degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent.
61 Minimum 4 years in financial accounting roles.
61 Strong system skills.
61 Accredited Chartered Accountant – CPA/CA/ICCA.
