岗位职责:
This position is responsible to assist Head of Accounting in overseeing part of accounting functions for the park resort. Main duties include ensuring accuracy in reporting, implementing robust internal controls, providing all kinds of reconciliations, HFM Submission, and perform any ad-hoc assignments.

Job Responsibilities

85 Assist to develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to maintain compliance with regulations and industry standards
85 Oversees a set of accounting operations including general journals, inter-company reconciliations, bank reconciliations, month-end closing and etc.
85 Prepare various reports for shareholders and provide support on all aspects of the Finance Department when necessary
85 Any other reasonable duties or activities which may be required as appropriate
85 Ensure that all resources are used efficiently in order to minimize costs
85 Liaison with local auditors on statutory accounting requirement
85 Liaison with local tax agents for local tax compliance
85 Ensure Merlin’s finance policies are adhered to
85 Maintain confidential information

Health & Safety

Managers/supervisors are responsible for all aspects of Health, Safety & Security within their team, in line with the Group Policy (HS001). In particular, they must ensure that risk assessments have been carried out, that safe working procedures are in place for all work activities and that all employees in their teams are aware of the Group Health, Safety and Security Policy and their obligations under it. They must ensure that safe working practices are monitored and that risk assessments and procedures are reviewed regularly. Where incidents do occur, they must ensure that they are investigated appropriately and that where necessary, corrective action is taken to ensure that such incidents are not repeated.

1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA designation preferred.
2. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and financial reporting.
3. Proven experience in a senior accounting or financial management role.
4. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to adapt to change and drive process improvements.
6. Proficient in accounting software and ERP systems.
