Responsibility: In this position, the individual will be responsible for providing design-engineering support for NAND flash memory-related issues. This support requires detailed root cause analysis reports to be provided to product development teams and the customer-facing Failure Analysis team from a design perspective. As issues could arise from either logic or analog modules, an in-depth understanding of both logic and analog module design is preferred. Additionally, some design tasks will be involved to keep up with the latest designs. The individual must have a proven ability to achieve results in a fast-moving, dynamic environment. They should be self-motivated and self-directed, yet also demonstrate the ability to work well with others. A proven desire to work as a team member, both within the team and with external teams, is essential. The ability to troubleshoot and analyze complex problems, multi-task, and meet deadlines is required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills, are also necessary. Qualification: Bachelor degree or higher in electronic, microelectronics, electrical engineering. Minimum 5 years semiconductor experience Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills The ability to clearly communicate and document findings A basic background in NAND flash operation, including data sheet knowledge of specifications and timings, etc. Ability to read and understand basic analog/digital circuit design schematics and layout Ability to read and understand Verilog coded design, simulate and check waveforms Strong communication skills PREFERRED: 3D NAND production experience, and also EFA/PFA experience. has nand design background and touched IO/CORE/ANA will be a plu
