* Overall business performance analysis ,provide business insight regards to forward looking scenarios-based analysis , deviation analysis compared to budget /forecast .
* Understand business drivers ,need and process to identify opportunity and challenges ,working with finance /BU/plant to ensure actions plan implemented .
* Proactively participate annual budgeting / monthly rolling forecast.
* Analyze the financial implications for the proposed investment .
* Monitor and track project profitability before and after SOP with PC / plant /project team , to drive improvement actions as business P/L co-owner
* Daily tracking of R&D expenses/sales and engineering revenue/allocation /capitalization.
* Assist to follow up the some KPIs with in or with out BSC ,including but not limited to PPV,CRP,VAVE.
* Others assigned

岗位要求：
1、本科及以上学历，财务相关专业，性别不限；
2、7年及以上制造业财务管理，FP&A, 财务控制，管理会计等相关工作经验；或4大背景
3、CMA , ACCA,CIMA ,CGMA 优先考虑
4、具备财务管理相关知识、熟悉ERP（SAP优先）、熟悉Hyperion,熟练操作Excel/Power Point ；
5、良好的学习力、分析判断力；
6、自我激励，积极主动，富有责任感并能在压力下工作
7、良好的英语、中文表达沟通能力
