The Consulting Manager, Healthcare Industry manages and delivers small-medium sized project, supports the project selling in addition to the content and people development.
Responsibilities - Lead in quality and efficient delivery of a small-medium sized talent, rewards, performance related consulting project including clarifying team goals, assigning responsibilities, sharing information, coaching team members, managing financials, and monitoring progress - Able to manage proposal process with leadership approval for smaller, less complex opportunities independently - Successfully manage deliverables for small-to-medium-sized projects, or specific elements/modules of large complex projects with multiple team members to budgeted levels - Routinely outline project work steps for low-to-moderate complexity projects. - Leverage solid understanding of the service scope, build connections with team members and clients to close the contract - Under limited supervision, apply the in-depth HR knowledge, synthesizing and interpreting of complex information beyond the standard templates, to translate client’s business issues into integrated multi-component solutions, contribute to client satisfaction and repeat business. - Provide meaningful insights and potential improvements to internal/external client deliverables and new offers/solutions - Review workbooks developed by consultants and demonstrated ability to identify results that deviate from expectations or warrant further review. - Co-present solutions and recommendations in a structured and articulate manner to senior client management team
Requirements - Post-graduate degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, Economics or equivalent. MBA or relevant masters qualification preferred. - At least 6 years of management consulting or equivalent experience in designing and delivering talent management, organization effectiveness or total rewards solutions - In-depth understanding of the business operations and HR knowledge/practices in MNCs and Chinese companies; - Strong business acumen and has a credibility to liaise with and communicate effectively with senior government officials, CEO’s, Board members, etc - Ability to build more complex workbooks, developed insights to facilitate project objectives and led projects for standard set of practice offerings - Solid project management experience and excellent client management skills - Client orientation and enjoys providing solutions that impact on clients’ business results - Flexible and be able to work in a team-based environment and under pressure - Excellent inter-personal and presentation skills
