Job Description and Responsibility: 1. Communicate with internal interfaces and external customers to understand the project and related requests, judge if CAE is the correct way to meet requests. 2. Collect necessary information and data, provide the expected delivery date. Maintain accurate SFDC data. 3. Conduct simulation and optimize design to find out the solution. Keep close communication with technical contacts of customer and internal project team. 4. Design plastic part considering application criterion, environment parts and processing feasibility. 5. Provide accurate, complete and transparent documentation on the design work completed. Present findings to customers when required. 6. Present/show/discuss correctly and confidently in seminar, project meetings, tech day, road show. 7. Address the CAE data gap and drive to characterization working with customer facing, project program and product line teams. 8. Differentiate CAE techniques and technical capabilities with continuous development on new/depth/advanced technology Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: 1. Proficient in Abaqus/ANSYS, virtual lab, Hyperworks. 2. Excellent structural and NVH expertise & experience. 3. Knowledge of rigid plastic material, like PA, PBT and etc. 4. Expertise of elastomers is a plus, like TPC, TPV. 5. Better to be skilled in part design with preferred Solidworks 6. Good presentation and communication skills 7. Sense of urgency and ability to deliver within required time frame and to handle multiple projects at the same time. 8. Team work player 9. Willing to drive and lead 10. Good learner 11. Good English skill both verbally and written 12. Good office tool skill, especially PowerPoint
Required Years and Education: 1. Master+ in mechanical, auto vehicle, acoustic 2. At least 8 years working experience
