KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Complete Category Product Line-Up Plan (Pre-TS) - Market & consumer studies and research: competitor information and fashion trends collection by offline store visit and online research - Prepare sell-out and sell-in reports for the review of previous seasons - Conduct CAD & Sample reviews and consolidate CN feedback to KR 2. Foster Category Product Strategy (Sell-In) - Develop appropriate category strategy based on actual sales and fashion trends - Communicate clear category strategy and product selling points to customers - Help optimize VM display plan for TS - Prepare reports and feedback from channels for the Post-TS order review 3. Conduct SHOES Product Management (Sell-Out) - Maintain the product master - Deliver weekly sales performance report - Keep communication with all related departments regarding product issues (VMD, MKT, Channels, SCM, KR MD, etc.) - Deliver season-end product sales performance report for the review - Consolidate VOC and collect quality feedback, and other ad-hoc issues QUALIFICATIONS - 5~6 years of merchandising working experience in fashion / sports brands (or equivalent experience). - Good analytical and business acumen equipped with fair Excel and PPT skills. - Strongly self-motivated quick learner. - Organized, cooperative and adaptive with good communication skills. - Passionate about fashion and familiar with the trends and competitors. - Fluent in both spoken and written English (Fluent Korean speaker is a plus). - Strong knowledge of footwear products is a plus
