Creative Director (Events focus)

Avantgarde Shanghai is seeking a passionate Creative Director to not only execute orders, but actively help to shape ideas – ranging from the concept to the Brand experience – as part of the team and interdisciplinary. It is our requirement to provide an extensive Brand experience to the clients and consumers – is it yours too?

Key Responsibilities
Translate client’s brief and develop strategy to produce creative brief, contribute to the content of proposal.
Create outstanding concepts and ideas for brands/projects.
Manage and supervise the overall development and execution of visuals and artworks, from the 1st layout till the final artwork for production.
61 Partner with Account Management to sell creative ideas to clients.
61 Guide and mentor junior creative people in talent development.
61 Manage creative team on daily operation level.

Selection Criteria
Min. 5-8 years experience in designing/creative/advertisement/event/communication industry. Auto events background is preferred.
Work in Adobe Basic collection (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), additional skills of motion design (After effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut) and 3D knowledge (3D Max, Maya) is plus.
Drive to contribute and work interdisciplinary
Passionate about premium and luxury auto brands.
A hunger for something new, detail-oriented with great problem solving skills.
Strong team spirit. Skills in team management, ability to work in a multicultural environment,
caring for people’s abilities/weaknesses/development.
Fluent in English.
