Main Tasks：
- To evaluate and develop additives (e.g. conductive agent & binder system) for lithium ion, sodium ion, solid state batteries.
- Develop electrolyte additive / sequestrant / stabilizer / lithium supplement.
Modification for carbon nano-tubes and graphene.
- Develop further technical solutions using existing and new technologies, methods etc.
- Constantly align/discuss project status with project leader and collaboration parties.
- Closely follow and evaluate scientific literature, publications, IP and draw conclusions for BASF

Requirements：
- PhD in polymer chemistry, polymer physics and/or electrical chemistry.
- Experienced with battery chemistry.
- Have good knowledge of cell structure and material.
- The background with Solid-State Battery is a plus.
